Finding the right fit for our agency and our clients is very important to our success, so we are very selective and diligent in our process -- talking to multiple candidates and each interviewed by multiple team members, so the candidate and the agency can learn more deeply about each other to see if a good fit. Like any position, we interview multiple candidates which takes time, and then we notify all candidates once all interviews are conducted and we make a final selection. Unfortunately, some candidates are not the right fit for the position or our culture, and we know it can be disappointing for the candidates that are not selected.
