Received a phone interview and then an in-person interview. Told I would hear back the next day whether or not I received the job. Never heard from them since. The interview questions were read from a packet of about 50 questions. Took about 15-20 minutes.

They were mostly interested in my experience as a phlebotomist and how long I have been working in this field. They asked me to do a practice draw on an employee.
