The process took 1 month -Initial round with the recruiter -1st round with the Hiring Manager - back to back 2 hr round with 4 people , 30 min each I heard there was 2 hr round after that if passed.. They didn't want to move ahead as they wanted more experienced candidate

I have a request to the hiring managers. Please don't move forward with the candidate if you think they don't fulfill the job criteria. Job Description says Technical but really job is just about project management. I did all the rounds of interview and after every interview feedback was ' POSITIVE'. And then you are declined and reason is ' We are not looking for technical person at the moment' Seems like I wasted my 3 weeks for interviewing with this Organization.
