Met with 3 separate people - manager and 2 staff people. Was asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Pretty standard for a systems Admin position. Tech questions were concerning WIndows Server 2008, AD, VMware, Avaya phone system, Cisco routers. Security practices were important because of HIPPA compliance and contract with US MIlitary (Tricare).
