I received a call from a recruiter who found me on LinkedIn. Submitted resume and brief cover letter, had all my preliminary questions answered by phone, and was pleased to schedule an interview with hiring manager shortly thereafter! Initial interview was followed by two more f2f: 1 with manager's manager, 1 with a peer and a final telephone interview. Everyone was amazing, informative, open, and someone I'd like to work with.
