The process was long and exhaustive. The scheduling was not organized and HR wasn't up front about pre-interview briefing. I was interviewed for a position I didn't apply for, which caught me off-guard, then the follow up interviews were again done on various different positions. Basically they will pass you around to interview for position they thought would fit you. OK, except that I would appreciate a word of warning. There was a lot of missed communication as to what the agenda of the was. On the third invitation, I was told that I was to come for salary offering. To my shock, I was interviewed again for 3.5 hours. Obviously there is a lack of internal communication. Interview questions were standard for the most part except the interview by the HR Manager, in which I was asked a series of questions that were not really related to the profession. I felt like I was being intimidated. There are better ways to assess one's behavioral response.

Screening over the phone, plus two rounds of face to face. Quick, timely and straightforward. Interviewers are professional, experienced and caring. Require to watch a safety video at premise before proceeding with interview. They are clear when answering candidate's questions.

Contact from recruiter by phone then appointment for next interview with the hiring manager. Interview by video conference, seems everything ok and he said will be given to next process then suddenly got information that I'm not suitable.
