Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó más de 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en International SOS (Jesi) en ago 2022
Entrevista
Screening interview + 3 interviews with managers. No details on pay or job conditions shared beforehand. After 2 months I was successfully selected but they retired the offer when I asked them to pay for my… social security! I also asked to pay the non competition clause as it’s normal everywhere in the world but they like not to. 2 months of total waste of time
Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en International SOS (Washington, DC) en may 2022
Entrevista
I interviewed with the recruiter who was great. She then had a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. The next phase was to meet the hiring manager in person. which required travel arrangements. After that interview, I was moved along to interview with the VP Sales - New Business.
The in-person meeting with the hiring manager was more conversational, getting-to-know-you type interview over lunch with no real typical interview questions asked unless I asked the questions, which I thought was kind of off. He mentioned that he was unable to find a candidate that had all that he had hoped for, but he felt positive about moving me into the next phase.
The interview with the VP was a little more in-depth. The VP was pleasant enough and focused on consultative selling. We were scheduled for only 30 minutes but ended up talking for over an hour. To be honest, I was surprised and disappointed to not get the offer. Though I'm rating it a positive, the interview experience was neither positive or negative. I've been through better and I've been through worse.
