      Received a phone call, interview lasted about 45 minutes. Interviewer was friendly and very well prepared. I was a bit nervous before interview, but ended up doing really well overall.

      Entrevista

      Hands down, the most bizarre and unorganized interview process I've ever experienced. Heard from an HR rep about 3 weeks after applying, had a phone screen with her within a day. Seemed as if the position needed to be filled ASAP. Had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and someone who was promoted from the position they were hiring for. Both were lovely, asked great questions. I was contacted by HR within a day after that to meet with the hiring manager and department member a second time, and was told I'd meet with one other person on the extended team. The HR manager actually told me prior to that interview that I was the final candidate - and to expect to hear from her for a reference request and background check after the interview. I arrived for the interview, it turned out that I met with 3 additional people not on the team - it caught me a bit off guard, but it still went well. After 3 interviews within the span of 2 weeks, I never heard from them again. It's unprofessional to not follow up - even to tell me I clearly didn't get the job. It's even more unprofessional to tell a candidate that they're the final candidate and to expect a request for references and a background check when that's not actually the case.
