3 stage interview process (HR recruiter, panel interview including hiring manager, senior leader) and 5 references for reference check. The HR recruiter didnt seem like they were listening at all during my responses. I felt like I was talking to a wall. They spent the first 10 mins getting sorted and looking for documents. The interview was easy and light and they provided a lot of helpful information about the organization and role. It was an incredibly long process. The time between my 1st and 2nd interview was 6 weeks apart which was absurd. There was no urgency in the hiring timeline or respect for candidates' time.
