Entrevista
Submitted app, got call back and did phone interview, then went to office for a day of training. During training went through a powerpoint slide of basic info on US immigration paperwork and processes (pay attention to this!), met supervisor and rest of office. Then waited for background check to clear and began working.

I applied online through the International Rescue Committee's job portal located on their website. The application was fairly simple, just needed a cover letter and a resume. After applying, I was contacted for an interview within days. The interview took place towards the end of the week and I was offered the internship early in the following week.
