Met employees from different South Carolina plants at school career fair and was scheduled on the spot for an interview for later in the week. Interviewed with one HR representative and one manager on my university's campus. Questions weren't too difficult.

The interview process was good overall. I went over two round of interviews. Both with very similar format. STAR format. No technical questions where asked during the interviews. Overall it was a very good interview.

Recruiters go above and beyond for a unique interview experience. Second round interviews are general interviews during a two-day recruiting event including all IP US mills where candidates specify which mill(s) they’d prefer an offer from.

Very interactive, and fun. The job comes with a lot of physical labor so it was a great place for a former athlete like myself to be. They told me the company loves go getters and that being open to new opportunities is key.
