Entrevista
The process of recruitment consists of three stages. The first one is 20 minutes phone call which aims to check your language skills - usually they ask about what you like to do etc. The next level is Assessment Center - there is a group task, phone call where you have to answer some questions using provided information and some computer test. The last level is an interview with a manager and an HR representative that takes about an hour.
