Bias - The position was advertised internally only for the HR department to recruit from outside though there were capable staff who had the qualifications required. One person out of the several who applied for the job was interviewed just as a formality. The rest were told to go for feedback which none went for as in the firs place there was no interview. Once they hired an outsider one of the competitors who applied was told to induct the new staff. Really is this fair?
