Initial phone interview with an analyst, basic questions about background, experiences. Super day was pretty long, ~5-6 half-hour interviews with various people from the firm, asked questions about how you manage a portfolio, how you would value various investments, why international farming. Most people had backgrounds/interest in the agriculture industry. Standard interviews, was looking for someone with a technical and finance background, wanted to focus on merging big data and the agr industry. Really nice people, small company.
