It was a pretty basic and straightforward interview , they just asked for prior work experience and to go in depth about what I did. They also asked basic questions like, “ name a time you had a disagreement with a fellow coworker and how you resolved it”

First interview was a call to get to know you. In person was a few people from shop manager to recruiter on the Interview Board. Situational/Behavioral based questions along with specific specs for technician related questions. Male interviewer had a military style way, assertive, firm, no BS, very intimidating to the point where he wasn’t very approachable but the other two people were kind and humble.
