Technical written test (calculations and modeling strategy questions) and video-recorded interview for long-listed candidates, then panel interview for short-listed candidates on Zoom with the team leads and an external person. Many delays, especially after the panel interview (several months without an answer)

After the CV screening, there are three seperate rounds/steps. First, there is a recorded online interview (automated questions). Questions are mostly about personal fit, and some general knowledge of the energy industry (and/or more specfic sector depending on the role you are applying to). For modelling positions, the second round is a 2-3 hour excel test (energy modelling). Last round was a panel interview with 3 interviewers (both personal fit and technical questions). Overall process was clear and aligned with job description.
