Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Internacionale (Hartlepool, England) en abr 2013
Entrevista
I handed a CV in and was invited for an interview 2 weeks later.
When talking to one of the girls on the shop floor before my interview she told me that each member of staff had to pick a random CV that was faced down and that was who was invited for an interview. So it was completely by chance that i got an interview and not through my experience and qualification.
After the question process I was then told to look around the shop floor for an outfit i would recommend to a customer for a night out. I then had to sell it to the manager.
After my interview i got a phone call about 4 hours later saying i had the job.

Entrevista
I had handed a CV in store a few months back, and was a regular customer to the store, so the managers and staff must have recognised me. I came into the store one day and the manager asked me if I had previously handed a CV in there and if I was interested in a position there. She asked if I could hand in another CV for them to look at and she would contact me. Later on that same day I received a phonecall to come in for an interview in a few days time.
The interview was a good experience, very relaxed yet the questions made you think. I came in dressed in smart clothes from the store (always a bonus and looks good to the employer) and was taken into the back office by a member of staff. The assistant manager interviewed me. She started off by asking some basic questions like my availability and notice period and then moved onto other questions, such as: Why do you want to work for Internacionale? What do you think are the current trends for this season? I was then given a scenario - to imagine I was helping a customer pick an outfit for a Saturday night on the town - and I had to go on to the shop floor and pick an outfit, and bring it back to the manager and explain why I had chosen this outfit. I liked this part as it gave me an opportunity to show my interest in fashion and my capability of putting together an outfit, which is sometimes harder to convey through simple interview questions. She then asked a few more customer service related questions and I was told that I would receive a phonecall to tell me how the interview went. Later on that same day, I was phoned up and offered the job and asked to start THE FOLLOWING DAY. I was really excited and so glad to have got the job in such a short space of time, I had never worked in retail before either so I was very proud of myself!
