The interview process began with two rounds of virtual interviews, which gave me a good sense of the role and expectations. After that, I was invited to an in-person lunch with members of the team, which felt like a positive step toward relationship building. Unfortunately, after that lunch meeting, I did not receive any follow-up communication, which was disappointing given the level of engagement up to that point. I would have appreciated closure or feedback, even if I wasn’t selected for the role.
