I was called in for an initial interview where I met with two managers and a member of the team. It had the standard questions. After that, I was called into a second interview with about a dozen people--all of which were possible clients I would have for this position. The questions were standardized with a few more in-depth and role specific questions. I was then asked to write up a sample email to send to members and finally I was asked to submit 5 references to cross-check my character. It was a more in-depth interview process, but not overwhelming. Everyone was very kind and considerate.

I went through four rounds of interviews. The questions were fine, and mostly helpful. However, when I asked about what I would specifically doing at the job, the answers were vague at best.
