I arrived on-time and prepared for a 1-hour interview. They sprang an Excel test on me, which was okay, but it would really be nice to know if they're going to do that. They asked me a lot of questions and I answered all of them .
However, when I asked a question, the non-manager employee in the room said "I don't like that question so I'm not going to answer it."
I wonder how that would have gone over if I had said something similar?
Overall, quite the unprofessional experience and it's no wonder you hear such mixed things about working for Intermountain Healthcare. I'll happily take my talent where I'll be treated as a valued prospective employee.

I was interviewed by my direct manager initially. Once the candidates were narrowed down the second round was spent interviewing with the rest of the teams I would have direct contact with on a day-to-day basis.

Contacted via text message by the recruiter, HireVue Interview, Excel Test and finally a web-based interview with the team. You'd think with such a tech heavy (one-sided) interview process they would be more willing to give you an opportunity to ask questions about the company and perhaps have them sell you on why you should want to work there. The whole process was a turn-off to working there.
