Had three rounds of interviews spanning multiple weeks for an entry level role. First one was personality based, second was technical, and the third was slightly technical but more confused then I would have expected it to be. Third interviewer was new and seemed unsure of the job specifics, had me clarify my previous experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and automation and then told me how it was more of a normal MSP. Way shorter than the other interviews as well. Told me I would hear back from them, now it's been almost a month since that last interview and I haven't heard anything at all regarding the position. I know they reached out to my references as well so the ghosting seems more bizarre than anything else.
