Casual phone interview, then personal interview in Jacksonville office. No one was at the desk to let me in when I arrived, and a random employee escorted me in. We still could not locate the HR person that set up the interview, but eventually found my interviewer. It was casual and mostly about past experience. Good interview besides the start.
