I applied through Linkedin and they responded by asking me did I want to setup a Microsoft Teams interview. I interviewed with the Head of the Human Resources Department. She was very dismissive and rude. I couldn't imagine working for this company.

I interviewed for an accounting position and found the experience unexpectedly negative. The second interviewer appeared unprepared and did not seem familiar with the role. Several comments were made that felt irrelevant and dismissive, including remarks about my current job being easily replaceable by AI. I was interrupted a couple times while answering questions, which made the conversation feel more like an interrogation than a professional discussion. This created an unnecessarily stressful environment and made it difficult to respond thoughtfully. Interviews should be a two-way conversation, and this experience did not reflect a respectful or engaging candidate process. I left feeling discouraged rather than informed about the role or the company.
