It was over Microsoft Teams. A very good and welcoming atmosphere. Two meetings in total and e-mail correspondence, the whole process took about two months (Christmas holidays during the process). Was in last round, did not end up getting a final offer.

Entrevista
The process began with an initial phone screening where I discussed my qualifications and interest in the role. This was followed by a challenging skills assessment tailored to the position. I then had a comprehensive in-person interview with a panel of experienced designers and project managers. Interform's unique approach to behavioral interviews impressed me; they delved into past design challenges I'd faced and how I overcame them. After a final interview with the company's CEO, I was thrilled to receive an offer to join their dynamic team. The entire process showcased Interform's commitment to finding top talent and ensuring a strong cultural fit within their organization.
