They ask you to do an online evaluation that takes a significant amount of time. it includes testing etc. Next you will be onsite for hours, likely multiple times to meet a ton of people that mostly don't seem to care about meeting you anyway.

They ask about your history at previous jobs, they ask about you wanting to work from home (that's a deal breaker at ICE so don't say you want that). They also ask you personal questions about where you live because they don't hire people if they think they have a long commute.
