The interview was broken into three sections: a series of paper based technical tests covering C++, C# and Critical Analysis questions, an interview with a senior developer, and a an interview with the software delivery director and director of engineering. The staff were friendly and helpful and the process was very flexible, I was granted additional time to complete the tests and towards to end of the interview process to ask questions.

Welcoming, efficient, warm friendly manner. The agency rang me about the role, the company arranged to see me. I was initially interviewed in front of the Financial Director and Head of HR, then I met the two ladies who I would be working with.
