Met with two ECDs. Chatted about the structure of the creative teams and agency culture. Walked around the space and got to meet some of the designers. It was a positive process though did not go in-depth about the day to day and management as much as expected.

Applying for a role from abroad is always a daunting task but Interbrand went above and beyond to make it work. All of the interviews where conducted by video conference and team was more than accommodating. It was also a great process in that I met not only my managers but the broader team.
