I only had 1 phone interview which was delayed by almost 3 weeks because they were clearly vetting other candidates and kept putting me off. Had an interview that felt like it went fine, but then when they were honest with me and told me that they had a candidate in mind, it was clear it was all just a smoke-screen and a waste of my time... easy enough though - too bad it didn't mean more!
