I applied to INT through a career fair on-campus. There was a quick phone screen with an engineer, a coding test with the same engineer and then we moved on to a phone interview with a panel of engineers. The last couple of interviews were in person at their office in Houston, TX. The first interview was purely technical with their equivalent of a CTO and the last interview was a behavioural interivew with their recruitment head. They kept me engaged throughout the process and were very prompt with setting interview dates and getting back to emails. My emails were however, ignored after the last interview where I was told I'd be informed in 2 weeks. It took them close to a month and a half to finally send a formal rejection. I had followed up twice between the interview and the email and was told to wait a few more days the first time. Took close to a month to get a reply after that. I wasn't given much feedback on my performance and my following emails were ignored. However, the interviews were quite technical and I respected the fact that they asked what I felt were the right questions. Certainly seemed like a great place to work but my experience after the interview negated my positive opinion.

Had two interviews over telephone, each 30-45 mins long. I did well on both interviews. Most questions were language feature questions, which I answered correctly. But I never heard back from them. I even wrote them a follow up email, the HR replied saying that she will get back to me even if they roll with another candidate. But I never heard back, several months have gone by since. The interviewers were nice and seemed knowledgeable.
