A short discussion about what challenges you encountered in software development and how you solved them. This was followed by solving a python problem in codility. Overall it wasn't that hard, you have to know the basic python syntax and cannot google anything.

What challenges you encountered in software development and how you solved them?

Entrevista
1. Online assessment.
- It started well--I solved all 3 coding questions and 90% math questions.
2. Technical Interview
- They asked me a few coding questions + some python related questions. I performed good and went to the next round.
3. Next round...
I expected questions about Python, some coding questions and maybe some elements of system design. But, instead, they asked me a lot of math questions. And I just was not prepared. There was nothing about math in the job description!
The most disappointing thing was that my recruiter told me nothing helpful about the interview process.
So, I had negative experience, and not because of engineers that interviewed me, but because the job description didn't match the actual questions, and my recruiter didn't tell me what to expect.
