Brief introductory role followed by 1 hour call with 3 managers. First call is to explain the role. Second is behavorial and asking about career goals and aspirations. Third is also about career goals but technical questions too. Last manager was unfriendly and short tempered when answering questions.

Pretty basic beginning with phone screening. 2nd round was a call with multiple directors. Questions were pretty basic with describing options calls and puts, along with asking if you trade yourself.

Short, two phone calls of basic behavior questions. They just make sure you can talk to people and that’s it. They also give you a personality test. Nothing during the interview process is technical (although it probably should be).
