Met with head trader and head of trading. Got an overview of the job process from head trader then took a logic test as well as a C++ programming test. The test was reviewed by head of trading. This was a full day process, 9-5, that included a lunch break. I was familiar with some of the employees so this may have caused the process to be longer than others might experience.
