A virtual interview with Founder, Mads. He is a lovely person and the IDF vision is very inspiring. I also really appreciated the tailored response that Rikke gave via email - it shows how much time they put in the hiring process.
I applied online and was asked to answer some questions via email. After answering the questions, I received an invitation to interview with the then Operations manager who asked me some questions about my experience and what my career goals were.

There were three interview levels, I only went through the first two. However, it became apparent during the process that they had changed the requirements for the person they wanted, and hence I did not proceed

Entrevista
During my recent experience with the hiring process, I found that it was quite lengthy and involved numerous rounds of questioning. Despite my efforts and time invested, I often waited for weeks to receive any response from the hiring team. Unfortunately, I did not find the process to be particularly valuable or worthwhile.
