A recruiter from the company's UK office reached out to me after I applied for this position. I applied for the US-remote position. We scheduled a screening call to discuss my background and the role. Twenty minutes before the call, she reschedules it for 30 minutes later. She doesn't even ask me if that is ok (as a courtesy). Regardless, I show up for the rescheduled call and after 10 minutes of waiting, she doesn't show up. No email on status. Nothing! The call was to be done through MS Teams which notifies the host when someone is waiting on their lobby. At the time of this post, there was no apology/explanation email. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!

Applied online December 2024. Recruiter reached out to me January 2025. Went through the normal process of a recruiter call. After interview, I followed up with recruiter twice to no avail. I was ghosted from the recruiter.
