Three rounds of interviews: The 1st round was a series of technical questions where you had 15 mins to get through all of their questioning (you had to manage your response times) The 2nd round was with various regional personnel, can't exactly recall much of the questions but these were general type. The final round was with the Country Head, a one on one. Seemed like it's purpose was to determine your fit with the local team.
