I didn't really go through an interview process as I was specifically recruited to work on a specific project. However, as a consultant/contractor I have to continually"re-apply" for my job periodically which is really annoying as the paperwork ALWAYS takes longer than they say it will and I inevitably miss out on a few weeks pay.
