As I entered the office they told me to write an essay and after that they called for an interview in the interview they just asked me to tell them about myself and then they started to talk about the job and told me to pay 1100/- and later 1500/- on Saturday for induction training

They first give essay for writing and then call for interview and lastly asking for money. Only one question in interview that is introduce yourself. Then they explain joining process and say that on Saturday you have to come for training.
