I had three interviews over the course of four weeks. Two of them took significantly longer than expected due to repeated delays. I interviewed with two of the company's directors, but I felt that neither of them took the process very seriously. There was already a delay before one of the interview, and on the day of the interview themself, there were further delays. During the discussions, both directors appeared to be occupied with other tasks, which gave the impression that the interview process was not being given adequate priority.
