Entrevista
The process for me took less than a month from start to finish. I was first found through LinkedIn by a recruiter. I then completed a phone screen, and was scheduled for a video conference by another individual about 3 days later. One day after the video conference I was scheduled for an in person interview at the office. I really loved the interview process as a whole, but my favorite part was when they asked me to complete homework. I sent them my completed 'assignment' with enough time for them to review before the day of our interview. I was given constructive criticism about my work during the interview. This all allowed me to see how they train, and if I enjoyed their managements styles. I was offered the position a day after my interview. I loved the timeliness of it all. The waiting game is always a hard position to be in. Less than an hour after I was given the verbal offer; I received my conditional offer letter. I started 2 weeks after that, and I am officially a Formstacker!

They asked a wide variety of questions, which all essentially centered around my experience, and how I would integrate into Formstack. They were sure to verify I was a match not only culturally, but that I was also set up for success within my specific role.

Entrevista
I can not speak more highly of the interview process that I had with Formstack. It began with a phone screening, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager and finally a cultural interview where you were able to get a feel for the people you would be working with and the type of environment you would be working in. I admire so much that they want to ensure that you are a good fit for the company as well as the company being a good fit for you.

Entrevista
The process started with a phone call with the recruiter who went over the company and its benefits. Got an understanding and moved forward to the next step which was a video call with the team manager and hiring manager. Discussed prior work experience and personal questions relatable to work and the work I'd being doing at Formstack. Finally got the in person interview in which I met and interviewed with the SDR manager, VP of Sales, and other SDR team members. Then got the call same day with the job offer! All in all a smooth process and relatively quick.
