They just want you to take the test and collect your information. I heard this opportunity from a third party and they offered a ridiculous low salary for lead developer. Then I was interviewed by Intellibus on zoom. The interview was very fishy. Obviously the guy was reading the script. He tried to fish me by telling me the client will convert the position to full time. But the vendor said it’s a intellibus internal project. After that he went through the tech checklist. I clearly told him there are at least 3 techs I have never used. The interview ended on 3:40 Friday afternoon. I think that’s over. However, they email me on 4:30 telling me I passed shortlist and please schedule an online test. Totally bs. Client works in late Friday afternoon and let a person has a different tech stack pass??? I decided to quit. Then the vendor got me said they worked with Intellibus for years. I didn’t believe it. Both vendor and this shady company are being. Remember, don’t share any ID. Stay away from scammer.

Overall a very stringent process where they initially have a tech screen, followed by a 1.5-2 hour GQ exam. Overall process was lengthy and they will have you share your screen and camera when you are taking the exam. I dont know what candidates they get who are cheating on their interviews but it seems a bit too much
