Intro screening and then multiple rounds of 1 on 1s from tech all the way to CEO. Only the tech ones had any difficult questions the rest felt more like company and culture fit. After going through multiple rounds across months I got ghosted. I saw on linkedin several months later that they eventually filled the role with a foreign hire.
