Absolutely waste of time. I applied for 2 engineer positions and was sent a personality test. Okay, I fill that out and don't hear anything back. Then I am assigned another personality test.... I reach out to HR about this as I think it is a mistake. "No, you must fill out this for each applied position". What could this possibly tell you about the applicant BEFORE even having a conversation?

I applied through LinkedIn. I got the first contact from HR staff after 3 weeks. then first we had short introduction interview, later another interview with both HR and technical team leader. And finally another technical interview with Technical leader.
