Simple, but full of training, knowledge, typing, and incoming phone calls. Received a call back no later than a week Not much of an interview besides a resume and background check,
it was easy and very basic question were asked. Mostly communication skills were tested. there were two rounds of interview, one by the in-house panel and second by the client

1. Initial interview with recruitment - not much of a waiting time, as they were dedicated to this part of the process
2. Final interview with Operations - took a while as they had to pull out a team leader from supporting contacts
