Just sick, should be twice that as it is in other home care agencies. He looked at my resume and all of my documents, IDs, Licenses etc, showed me agency documentation and gave me some idea of how cases are assigned - you pick your area that you want to work in and they offer you cases in those areas, you must take at least five cases per week. Paper work is printed out and brought to supervision.
