Simple call followed by interview. Then a couple days later was offered the job. Good process people were very nice during it. Made it less stressful and felt part of the team even in the interview.

I made a phone call with the Manager of the Charleston team, where they asked me about my background and interests and how I would contribute to the team. Around a 30 minute phone call where we discussed onboarding as well
