I had applied through the naukri portal. There was first technical video interview. It was mostly having to check the knowledge. I was happy to gave the most of the answers of the questions. After few days I tried to get the feedback from Hr. Initially I told that your interview status is on hold. After chasing to hr to 2-3 times within week, I got the feedback as there were internet issues at my end during interview (This never happened at my end). Another feedback was my camera was off during video. It was just 10-15 min in the starting of the call, After that interviewer took 1.5 hr call. They said we have to take your f2f interview. I was ready because I need the job opportunity. I didn't get any invite for the interview. After talking to couple of times with hr, They have scheduled one more video interview call 45 mins. It was good. As usual I was expecting positive feedback.
I got the feedback as "I don't know the SQL". Even they mentioned you have knowledge of Django ORM and Sqlalchemy, but you don't know the sql. Meanwhile they were asking me UI framework, I said I know, I haven't worked on it yet.
The above feedback was completely surprising me, Either they can say we are going with other people. I would really appreciate for this and accept.
But how they can say I don't know Sql who has Sql as subject at during clg and having more than 4+ years of experience in IT. Who has worked on database.
Hr was helpful during the process. But the panel I don't think they were really looking for the honest candidate.
This was the worst interview of my life. My thinking was whatever positive or negative say as honest. But having the feedback I don't get that is the feedback got is making any logical sense.
It's completely waste of my valuable time.
