First round was HR, next 2 rounds were technical. After the 3rd round I was told I did very well and should look forward to followup from HR after which I was ghosted by the company. It looks bad professionally and as a simple with the result should have sufficed. Wasted my time but helped me sharpen my interviewing skills.
