They called me twice, first time there are two round one is taken by hr and other by Company head, current hr is resigned due to no maternity leave policy. I got a call from hr and she called me for final round as i got shortlisted the same process followed and after that hr offered me a package and told me about all policies, terms and conditions and all their polices are against the employees still I accepted the offer as I need to change my company. They also told me that they will not mention the package over the offer letter same will be provided after 3 months completion of probation along with appointment letter. After all this hr told me that she will provide me the offer by end of the day and I did not received any offer and when I mailed them for the same. They told me I am not SHORTLISTED. It seems taking interviews is a joke for them. I will never recommend ICE to any one. DO NOT SPOIL YOUR CAREER WITH SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANISATION.
