I do not recommend applying here. I had two "no show" back to back. Being in the industry for last 15 years and running startups, I know that people have emergency and I completely understand the "no show". So I gave them a second chance with almost a week apart time (just did not want to put them in a time crunch). Interview time came and I was there watching myself on video again for 15 minutes before I gave up. There was absolutely no communication on why the interviewer did not show up until I had to call the recruiting company and found out there was so called "technical" difficulty which was communicated at least 30 minutes later. My main issue here ... 1. Communication => Severely lacking while it is vital for running any business. Something came up? we have phone, sms, email. Communicate!! I applied here to solve your business problem, it cannot help you if communication is a issue. 2. Time lost and cost => Meeting cost time and money. You cannot just have interviewee wait. I am on contract and I lost that 1 hour of interview time and about 2 hours trying to study IFS business model. Its a time and $$ lost for me which is not coming back. Sorry but I cannot recommend software developer to apply here.
