Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Integral Ad Science (New York, NY)
Entrevista
The entire process, from resume submission to last email from company, spanned 2 months. The interviews consisted of 1 phone screen, 2 video screens, and 1 on-site (half day). The company rescheduled interviews 3 times, 2 of them because they canceled on interview day and the other one was because they were no show. Feedback from company after every interview, including the last on-site, was that it went well. However, after several "please wait" emails there was no more communication from the company.

Had 4 levels of interview. Interviews were for one hou each, technical and each level got more difficult. Team was very knowledgable. Overall company seemed like a good place to work at.

I had a referral for this position. Took a while to actually talk to the recruiter has he had various issues going on, so we had to keep rescheduling. When we did talk, he was nice and just asked about my experience, my biggest accomplishments and more about the company and role. The next interview was with the team lead on the team and he asked me basic Linux questions and more about what I did and answered questions I had. They moved forward to the on-site interview which was about 4 hours in the NYC office. The office is really nice and the typical modern tech environment you would expect nowadays. The interviews were pretty challenging (a lot more in-depth networking and Linux knowledge), where I did falter a bit. But, everyone was nice but I realized during the interview itself that this position wasn’t for me. I told the recruiter I was no longer interested in pursuing a few days later. As a whole, even though the process was a bit long (mainly with the recruiter having some issues on his end) - everyone was nice and the engineers were quite knowledgeable and challenged me (which I appreciate as it made me realize my weaknesses so I can learn more).
